Jen Mazzocco

Jen Mazzocco is a Pittsburgh-area public school teacher running in a must-win special election this February to protect a seat in the Pennsylvania House and Democrats’ single-seat majority in the chamber. Jen is dedicated to improving life in her community in every way she can. From helping fight food insecurity to advocating for students and workers, she’s committed to serving others. Now, Jen is ready to take the next step to help uplift all Pennsylvanians, while working to bring down the cost of living.

Our work this year begins with defending and expanding our majority in the Pennsylvania House, which the DLCC and state Democrats flipped in 2022 and have defended ever since..

We’re also working to gain ground in the Senate, where half of the seats are on the ballot this year. With the legislature under split control, the Pennsylvania Senate GOP majority has rubber-stamped Trump’s disastrous agenda and blocked Democrats from advancing solutions for working families at every opportunity.
