Arvind Venkat

Rep. Arvind Venkat is a Pittsburgh-area emergency room physician running this fall to protect his seat in the Pennsylvania House for a third term. Arvind holds an undergraduate degree from Harvard and a medical degree from Yale. He has served on the board of the McCandless-Franklin Park Ambulance Authority and is a former president of the state emergency physicians organization. As a legislator, Arvind is deeply committed to uplifting working families and helping all Pennsylvanians access quality health care.

Arvind successfully defended his extremely competitive district in the last two elections by close margins. This year, Arvind is ready to defend his seat and help Pennsylvania Democrats maintain their majority in the state House.
