Mark Pinsley

Mark Pinsley is a U.S. Army Reserve veteran, small business owner, and Lehigh County Controller running to flip a seat in the Pennsylvania Senate in November. Mark uses his financial expertise to serve his community and ensure fiscal accountability in Lehigh County. Now he’s ready to stand up for all Pennsylvanians, and, if he is elected to the state Senate, he’ll use every possible opportunity to champion working families. 

District 16 is shaping up to be one of the toughest, most competitive races in the state in 2026, but Mark is ready for the challenge. With near-split control of the Pennsylvania Senate, it’s critical that we rally behind strong candidates like Mark who are challenging Republican incumbents to build Democratic power in the chamber.

Our work this year begins with defending and expanding our majority in the Pennsylvania House, which the DLCC and state Democrats flipped in 2022 and have defended ever since..

We’re also working to gain ground in the Senate, where half of the seats are on the ballot this year. With the legislature under split control, the Pennsylvania Senate GOP majority has rubber-stamped Trump’s disastrous agenda and blocked Democrats from advancing solutions for working families at every opportunity.
