Kristin Davis is a business leader and union supporter from Wells running to flip a seat in the Maine House this fall. Kristin’s company focuses on car seats and child passenger safety, and she is a committed advocate for Maine’s working families. Kristin is running to protect women’s health care, advance sales tax fairness reform, increase investment in public safety, and ensure every Mainer has a stable foundation to start a family and thrive, regardless of zip code.

Since 2020, District 145 has flipped between Republican and Democratic representatives. This year, Kristin is determined to capitalize on the DLCC’s support to reclaim this seat for Democrats and expand the blue majority in the Maine House.

Democrats have held a majority in the Maine Senate since 2018 and in the House since 2012. Despite a tough year for Democrats nationwide in 2024, the DLCC’s work in Maine helped ensure the state legislature stayed blue. Since then, Democrats have built momentum with special election wins and impressive candidate recruitment across the state, and this November, we aren’t taking a single hard-won district for granted as we approach the tightly contested midterms.
