About Nick

Sen. Nick Miller is a former school board member from Allentown running this fall for reelection to the Pennsylvania Senate. Nick became the youngest Pennsylvanian elected to the state senate in over 100 years when he was elected in 2022. Since then, Nick has advocated for public school funding, safer communities, and policies that create economic opportunities for working families.

Nick was first elected to the Pennsylvania Senate in 2022 with the support of the DLCC’s Target Races program. Now, defending this district is a top priority and a crucial step towards building Democratic power in this chamber.

Pennsylvania

2026 is a historic opportunity to build power in Pennsylvania by defending our House majority and picking up seats in the Senate.

In 2022, Democrats made gains in the Pennsylvania Senate and flipped the House for the first time in over a decade. The momentum from those wins continued to build through 2025 with a string of special election victories defending a narrow blue majority in the state House, and an astounding upset win in the state Senate that saw Democrats flip a district that supported Trump by a double-digit margin in the 2024 presidential election.

The DLCC has been on the ground in Pennsylvania cycle after cycle to support state Democrats as we build power in both chambers of the General Assembly.

Pennsylvania remains a true battleground in 2026, and the DLCC and our allies are pulling out all the stops to win competitive races and elect Democrats in the Keystone State.
