Nick Uricchio

Nick Uricchio is an attorney and business owner from the Charleston area running this fall to defend a key Democratic seat in the South Carolina House. In 2019, Nick joined the Ninth Circuit Solicitor’s Office in Charleston County as an Assistant Solicitor, where he worked to hold violent offenders accountable and help keep our community safe. Nick now works as a partner in his LLC, helping everyday people navigate difficult legal situations. Nick is ready to bring common sense and practical solutions to the South Carolina House while being a relentless advocate for working families.

Nick is ready to defend District 115 in November with the support of the DLCC Target Races program. His victory will not only ensure that his community continues to receive honest representation but will prevent Democrats from losing ground as they attempt to break the Republican supermajority in the South Carolina House.

Breaking the House supermajority would be a critical first step towards stopping GOP lawmakers in South Carolina from rubber-stamping Trump’s disastrous agenda at the state level.
