About Jeff
Jeff Warren is a community outreach director and Easton City Councilmember running to flip a seat in the Pennsylvania House in November. Jeff is a lifelong Northampton County resident, father of twin daughters, and has worked as the Director of Community Outreach for both nonprofit organizations and for Pennsylvania State Sen. Lisa Boscola. If elected, Jeff is ready to step up as a champion for Pennsylvania’s working families.
This fall, Jeff is facing a deeply entrenched GOP incumbent who held onto District 137 in the two most recent state House elections by the closest of margins. With the support of the DLCC’s Target Races program, Jeff is well-positioned to add another blue seat in the Pennsylvania House and help Democrats expand their majority in the chamber.
Pennsylvania
2026 is a historic opportunity to build power in Pennsylvania by defending our House majority and picking up seats in the Senate.
In 2022, Democrats made gains in the Pennsylvania Senate and flipped the House for the first time in over a decade. The momentum from those wins continued to build through 2025 with a string of special election victories defending a narrow blue majority in the state House, and an astounding upset win in the state Senate that saw Democrats flip a district that supported Trump by a double-digit margin in the 2024 presidential election.Â
The DLCC has been on the ground in Pennsylvania cycle after cycle to support state Democrats as we build power in both chambers of the General Assembly.
Pennsylvania remains a true battleground in 2026, and the DLCC and our allies are pulling out all the stops to win competitive races and elect Democrats in the Keystone State.
