Representative David Linsky

Rep. David Linsky has lived in the community he represents his entire life, and still supports his high school football team in his free time. Before serving in the legislature, he worked as an assistant district attorney. This experience inspired his commitment to criminal justice reform, an issue he has championed throughout his legislative career. In his 25 years of service in the legislature, he has authored and advanced major reforms to make the state’s legal system more just and equitable. He has also helped expand access to mental health services, strengthened gun safety laws, and supported working families across the state. Rep. Linsky brings deep experience, strong local roots, and a relentless dedication to building safer communities.
