After two decades of GOP control, 2026 is a historic opportunity to pick up seats in Georgia and build for future majorities. Over the last several cycles, DLCC has helped Georgia Democrats win many key races and make gains that weaken the GOPâs majorities.

GOP majorities in both chambers have rubber-stamped Trumpâs disastrous agenda and made the state ground zero for the spread of election misinformation and attacks on voting rights â the stakes couldnât be higher to capitalize on the historic opportunity to make gains in both chambers. In the face of an aggressive gerrymander, Georgia Democrats will continue to fight to make progress to lower costs and expand opportunities for working families.
