DLCC Spotlights Pennsylvania Senate Candidate Marty Flynn

WASHINGTON — The Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee is adding Pennsylvania Representative Marty Flynn to its list of Spotlight candidates ahead of a competitive state Senate special election next month. Pennsylvania is a top battleground state for the DLCC, and the committee will work to ensure Representative Flynn has the support he needs to win his election next month. 

“Representative Flynn has a long track record of delivering for his community, and Pennsylvanians can be confident that he’ll keep fighting for them in the Senate,” said Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee President Jessica Post. “The DLCC is proud to spotlight Marty and support his candidacy for the state Senate in the critical battleground state of Pennsylvania.”

Born and raised in Scranton, Representative Marty Flynn has served his community in the Pennsylvania House for the past eight years. He’s a retired professional boxer and former union member who fights tirelessly for working families, seniors, and labor rights.
