Target Race Launch: DLCC Announces Slate of Targets in New Hampshire

2026 is a historic opportunity to flip both chambers of the legislature in New Hampshire for the first time this decade

WASHINGTON—Today, the DLCC announced our slate of Target Races in New Hampshire as we aim to flip both the House and the Senate. The New Hampshire GOP has used their majorities to attack civil liberties, roll back voting rights, and gut public school funding while failing to address the affordability crisis. Creating Democratic majorities has never been more important—the Trump administration has already called on New Hampshire Republicans to rig the congressional maps in favor of Republicans ahead of 2028.   2026 is a historic year to shift the balance of power in New Hampshire. The DLCC has worked in New Hampshire year after year to build Democratic power and put majorities within striking distance. Our team is working directly with the New Hampshire House and Senate caucuses to deliver support and resources for data, research, and direct voter contact. Momentum is undeniable after a stunning special election flip earlier this year and impressive candidate recruitment.
