Gary Clemons

Gary Clemons is a union leader and United States Army veteran, born and raised in South Louisville, who won a December special election for the Kentucky Senate. As president of his local steelworkers’ union, Gary has experience fighting for workers and standing up for his community. He’s fought to win fair wages and safe working conditions for Kentuckians, and has seen how tenacious advocacy can bring real positive change to people’s lives. Gary is excited to be a strong, honest voice for the hardworking residents of his district.
