The DLCC guarantees each attendee one room for the nights of January 29 and 30. Space before and after these dates is extremely limited and may not be able to be accommodated.
For Sponsors, rooms are $299/night plus taxes and fees.

The DLCC does not cover the cost of travel for event attendees.

Q: How do I make a hotel reservation? (Sponsors)
A: The DLCC will reserve up to 2 nights (January 29 & 30) at the venue hotel. Please indicate in the registration form if you need extended dates.
Q: Can I bring a guest? (Sponsors)
A: Guests are welcome at the Sundance Experience Event. Guests cannot be additional representatives of your organization.
Q: What is the dress code?
Casual and weather-appropriate attire is appropriate for this event. Snow is always expected, and the temperature can range from the 20s to the 50s during the day and the teens at night.
Q: How do I see movies?
The DLCC has pre-purchased tickets to screenings during the festival for our group. We will update attendees on ticket pick-up and availability closer to the event.
Q: When will I receive detailed information and briefing materials for this event?
A: Materials will be emailed to attendees five business days prior to the event.
Q: Is this meeting open to the press?
A: This is an invitation-only meeting. It is off-the-record and closed to the press. We ask that attendees refrain from recording sessions to ensure the privacy of our events.
Q: What is the DLCC’s social media policy?
A: Some of the information provided in our policy sessions is confidential. We ask that you please refrain from posting on social media about these sessions. You are welcome to do so for any keynote speeches throughout the meeting. Please refrain from video recording during the meeting.
Q: What is the DLCC’s harassment policy?
A: Attendees are expected to exercise common sense in their personal interactions: they should extend common courtesy and mutual respect to fellow attendees and staff members as well as respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. The DLCC reserves the right to revoke the attendance and badge of any attendee not in compliance with this policy. Persons finding themselves in a situation where they feel their safety is at risk or who become aware of an attendee not in compliance with this policy should immediately locate the nearest member of DLCC staff so that the matter can be addressed.
