Reservations
The DLCC will provide up to two complimentary nights (July 15 & 16) for each legislator participant and up to three nights (July 14, 15, & 16) for members of the DLCC Board of Directors.
Complete the registration form by Friday, June 12th to guarantee your room reservation. The DLCC cannot promise access to the room block after this date. Extensions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and legislators may be asked to pay the room block rate for extra nights. We cannot guarantee access to additional hotel rooms in the DLCC’s room block for guests, and DLCC meetings are not intended for legislative or political staff unless specifically invited.
DLCC staff will make a reservation for you and provide you with a confirmation number before the event. Any cancellations must be received by June 12th.
The DLCC expects all legislators to attend the entire meeting, as outlined in the agenda unless otherwise noted during registration.
***Please note some states restrict or limit the circumstances under which legislators may accept food, beverages, lodging, travel, or other things of value from certain sources. Many states also create exemptions for events like this. Before accepting anything of value at a DLCC event, we advise that you verify with an ethics official in your state that you may do so.***
Travel Costs:
The DLCC does not cover the cost of travel to the meeting.
