The cover story also highlights DLCC Spotlight candidate and Senator-elect Patty Schachtner who carried Democrats to victory in a Wisconsin special election just this week.

Schachtner's victory marks the 34th district to flip from red to blue since Trump’s inauguration, continuing state Democrats’ trend of drastic overperformance in districts carried by Trump in the 2016 election.
