In fact, not since Chet Edwards was illegally redistricted from us by ole Delay have we had such a excellent opportunity. SAM MURPHEY is a veteran, well respected in the community, has a solid platform, and he appeals to a broad range of voters. I've attended many debates and left each time knowing SAM MURPHEY is by far the superior candidate and will represent us well. Texas folks know we need desperate help in Austin. Sam's opponent is well funded by James "leave no public school child a dime" Leininger but that hasn't stopped the bi-partisan effort here to get Sam elected. SAM NEEDS YOUR HELP TOO!
