Rachel posted an open letter to me on her "meanrachel.blogspot.com" site, reminding me that while I represent the most progressive and wired district in Texas--in Austin, of course--I remain one of a handful of legislators in this state who does not yet have a website. She did this in a mean, yet constructively critical tone, adding that this is both insensitive and insulting to my constituents. She then offered to take the lead in creating a website for me. Never to look a gift horse in the mouth (especially in Texas), I've taken her up on her offer!
